更新 android 11後，data資料夾無法顯示app檔案！非常不方便！

有時候要更動程式的儲存檔案會用到，但是自從更新後無法顯示檔案，造成無法調取app檔案資料，或者是遊戲資料檔案也是無法變動。非常不方便！！！難道一定要root？不過是調取應用程式中的資料紀錄或檔案，或者做資料的匯入匯出而已，難道要變成root後才能操作？
感覺這次的android 11 根本是半成品，草草推出.......根本大坑！

因隱私權緣故，Android 11在檔案存取上做了更嚴格的限制，相關變革您可以參考Android開發文件。
You can no longer use the ACTION_OPEN_DOCUMENT_TREE or the ACTION_OPEN_DOCUMENT intent action to request that the user select individual files from the following directories:
The Android/data/ directory and all subdirectories.
The Android/obb/ directory and all subdirectories.
