Hi All - got 9.0.0.6.102_36601 from Asus support this morning (April 28th EST) and that seems to have fixed the issue. Yellow light and dropping some connections for mesh seems to be resolved for me.
I agree this is easy to replicate. I am having the same issue. This needs to be fixed by Asus as its their firmware update that started this issue. I regret updating, I should have just waited a month or two.
