Bonjour. Vous êtes sur la partie anglophone des forums Asus donc il serait probablement plus approprié de poster en Anglais. Pour ce qui est de votre problème je pense qu'il s'agit d'un bug et qu'une mise à jour devrait corriger ce problème. 

Yeah Asus doesn't understand how they can satisfy their customers. And it's the same thing for the possibility to unlock the bootloader...

Yeah lock the possibility to downgrade is kindly disapointing...

 Hello. After an update downgrade is not possible. You can only wait for future update of software.

I don't sure but for me if you send your phone to repair your data will be erased...
