@olidroide I live in Poland. We have an institution here called the "consumer ombudsman". I contacted them and they applied to Asus on my behalf. We'll see how it ends.
I have reported this to the Consumer Protection Authority in my country and will be seeking legal action as Asus has refused to negotiate further on this matter.
