Thanks for the advice.I tried factory reset yesterday. Feedback from callers states improvement in volume and voice quality, but is still not up to par compared to android 12.I guess I will have to revert back to android 12 or wait for update.

Also tested through Asus Sound Recorder app via phone microphone, 3.5mm headset and usb-c headset. All playbacks are at much lower volume than recordings before the firmware update.
