Two loud beeps during call

Hello,Two to three minutes into any call, my Zenfone 10 BLARES two beeps in a row at top volume right in my ear, ignoring any volume settings. Does anyone else experience that? Any ideas of what this is and how to turn it off are welcome.

Am I the only one? What do I do? NFC is on, app is opened, card is freshly added, latest Android 12.
