rog flow z13 插上 105w GaN 充電頭 出現錯誤訊息
原廠電源供應器 提供100w 所以瓦數沒有買低
但是 插上105w GaN 充電頭後 出現以下圖片
請問應該怎麼辦?
原廠電源供應器 太大太重了 不方便攜帶
Why is ASUS only replying to this thread on Z13?
The exact same issue exists on X13 (2022), and it was NEVER specified in any documentation that ONLY ROG 100w PD charger supports full 100w charging. Any none ROG PD charger (even ASUS's own brand AC100-02) is capped at 65w.
Maybe it's an ASUS issue, but there's absolutely no customer service channel to get proper reply. Does this require further escalation to global forums to get proper response from ASUS???
Again, abosultely unacceptable limitation without any justification for a laptop set (incl. XG mobile) priced at more than USD 3000. This issue needs IMMEDIATE response.
Attaching all my ASUS products to prove I'm not randomly escalating. Btw, the Zephyrus G14 (2021) is even worse than the X13 (2022).
