after leave it to the service center, it seems they did flash my phone because all settings seems to be reset. now it is not on restart loop anymore.

Untuk saat ini iya, service center sepertinya bisa flash, karena ga ada restart loop seperti sebelumnya lagi.

belum ada info dari service center. nanti aaya infokan lagi paling lambat 5 hari kerja.

ah thank you. thats why when i plug it overnight it was not restarting but restart in the morning when i unplug it. 

Cuma bisa cari tempat service yg bisa bantu flash ulang berarti. Saya tadi baru ke service center. 5 hari lagi mungkin saya update hasilnya apa mereka bisa fix.
