Yesterday the same issue happened to my Zenfone 8, purchased in march 2022 - it stopped while charging and none of the suggested methods for restarting worked. Can you please advise me what to do?
My Zenfone 8 purchased in march 2022 just died yesterday, while charging. I didn’t know of this problem until yesterday, was so confident of the quality of my phone, so… no backup of all the info on it.
