I upgraded to the latest 3891 firmware. It got better but I still have the disconnect issues, just not as often as before. (reduced from a couple of times every day to once every 2 days) Asus needs to still work on this.
Just a quick update. Removing AiMesh and turning off Roaming Assistant, disabling QoS and I even gave up 6GHz and reduced the ssid's to only two (2.4GHZ + 5GHz!) didn't stop the router to disconnect several times a day. With so many features disabled...
