I almost pulled the trigger on a router from the same manufacturer and probably the same router you're referring to. I was a little concerned about rumors of a ban.
@DesiBuckeye They said 2 business days but that was Friday so I'd expect "maybe" Wednesday. But I have received communications from two different Asus tech support yesterday (Sunday) following up. So, we'll see.
