Hi Olyya, I did't send it still: they said it will needs weeks and the phone has to be reset ...I plan to send it in the next weeks, since i need first to reload my old phone. Please let me know if you can somehow solve the problem.
Hi Olyya I have the same problem on my zf9: the asus service said I have to reset the phone and, if the problem is not solved still, send it to them to be repeared.
