The update solved nothing in this matter.Can I please asked to change the status to not solved as to not confuse Asus, not that they care.

I am downloading it right now, but I don't see in the notes that it's fixing this issue.

Thanks for the heads up. That leaves us no other option than to wait for Asus to hopefully fix this issue.

It seems so. I have been dreading to reset the phone to factory settings but it might have to resort to that.  Asus please can you fix that???
