I have escalated the situation to The Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM). I hope they investigate this. I am not posting anymore about this, because I have been banned before for complaining.
There have been many complaints but I don't think they will solve this matter. Just provide us with the latest builds Asus. Or close this thread like the others so we can't complain about this anymore.
They have settled. Settling doesn't really make up for a good precedent. But who knows, this might be a good start... This customer support should be improved. Why is Asus not taking this seriously?? Also why not provide us the manual updates on the ...
