Fingerprint Scanner not working suddenly, Restarting to bios only fixes this issue

I have a Asus Vivobook 14x K3405ZF ,the fingerprint scanner of the laptop suddenly stops working atleast once a day, I have to manually restart to bios to make it working again. My laptop has a EgisTec fingerprint scanner
