How to launch EFI Shell from filesystem drive?

Hi I have zenbook 14x oled and the bios has `Launch EFI Shell from filesystem drive` menu.But I am newbie and has no idea how to jump to efi shell using this feature.When I am clicking this, it shows error popup with `Not Found`.Any idea?

Hello.I have Zenbook 14x OLED and it has language switch feature (dropdown) in bios configuration screenCause of business purpose, I need to remove this and stick language as english.I think this can be possible thru bios firmware update.Please help ...
