HiMy problem with my new Zenfone 10, is when i have a phonecall, the other person sounds very loud  (like its one speaker). i can not turn the volume down, even thoug its all the bottons are on minimal. but when i am using for ex viber there's no pro...

I have the same problem as @saaiful on my new zenfone 10.I have test it and done the same thing as  @saaiful . but nothing is helping.any solutions???
