Does Proart Z790-CREATOR WIFI SUPPORT SLI/NVLINK

I have a Proart Z790-CREATOR WIFI with 2 NVidia RTX 2080Ti cards installed and cannot enable SLI/NVlink, it did work in my previous motherboard an ASRock x299.
