 Just aktivate the options 2 

   Activate silent mode in Armory Create , just to try if there is thermal problem. You will get lower fps but if it works then wee can consider thermal problem / bad paste between heatsink and GPU ore maybe CPU to. Sorry for my bad English im a Swed...
