Now situation is that none of the notifications are coming to the tracker anymore. Also, there's no support from Asus anymore apparently.This is ridiculous! Have to find a phone that works.

Hi,Thx. "Background app management" is greyed out. But via "Battery optimization" I was able to select "Not optimized". Same result?Created new idea. Hope it gets implemented.

Further testing with High Performance setting resulted the same i.e. the application (PolarFlow) had been killed sometime between 16-17 yesterday thus no more syncing, no more notifications or phone call indications.
