Zenfone with NFC and 2 SIMs with Data

I like my zenfone ASUS_X00HP, but it doesn't have NFC. The Zenfone2 ZE 551ML has NFC but the second SIM is talk only (want data on both). What is the lowest price zenfone with both features I want? And where's the best place to buy?
