Hi. So when on a video call the volume is extremely loud. Even on the lowest volume setting for calls, media and so on, it's still extremely loud. I have to block the bottom speaker to avoid hurting my ears.
Yes have tried reinstalling it with no change. As far as I can remember it's been doing it since I got the phone in November. It's on firmware version 17.1810.2001.119I'll try later get a video of it and post it
