通知橫幅顯示問題

使用手機時若有訊息進來只會震動一下不會有通知橫幅，不知道怎麼設定。另外若螢幕關閉狀態時訊息進來也不會自動點亮螢幕顯示訊息通知。剛從apple跳過來用安卓，對安卓還不熟，還請各位賜教，謝謝
