Enter app through notification will not have dark mode.

Apparently when click the notification and enter into any app, the app that I force dark mode will revert back to light mode. Bug?

Any way to force dark mode to all apps? It seems to keep reset after restart phone and also please add a force dark to all apps, i had to tap on all the app's toggle to make it dark but still not working =(
