meu zenfone 5z esta com problema de sinal de operadora, ele fica sem servico sempre que desligo ou reinicio ele e demora dias para voltar o sinal , ja tentei de tudo reiniciar, formatar, redefinir , etc zs620kl empresaware 90,10,138,181 opradora claro se alguem tem o mesmo problema ou sabe como arrumar por favor me ajude

I have a similar problem, my device does not appear on the carrier network, already removed the chip and already replaced already restarted the device but nothing solved.  My carrier is from Claro, this problem started after a system update.

My phone is experiencing the same issue related to other people in this forum. My chip is from Vivo operator, I already called the operator and there is no problem related to my line, I tested my chip in another device and it is working, I tested another chip in my phone and also did not work. Contact Asus Technical Support by phone to advise me and send the phone for technical assistance. Has anyone managed to solve the problem?

Meu telefone está com o mesmo problema relacionado a outras pessoas neste fórum. Meu chip é da operadora CLARO, testei meu chip em outro dispositivo e está funcionando, testei outro chip no meu telefone e também não funcionou. Alguém conseguiu resolver o problema?
