Camera stabilization sound and clicking sound when shaking

Hi,

I have just noticed on my Asus 9 that the camera makes a kind of "razory" sound when using it, it's like if there was something rotating really fast and touching a metallic part. Also when I shake the phone I can ear a very distinct clicking sound. Is it normal ? 

You can ear the sound if you open the camera ad put the lens near your ear.
