I've recently been looking for the best way to take advantage of my laptop's OLED display for multimedia consumption through the Windows Subsystem for Android (WSA) or via Bluestacks. Looking for a specific version that does not have high resolution lag, I came across the link above hosted directly in an AWS bucket.
