I have same problem as above.. and phone automatically shut down when charging and playing pubg

My zenfone max pro m1 become too hot when Playing pubg mobile and phone get automatically switch off. What is the cause off this?

I have same issue of heating and when much heat phone become switch off automatically but did not restart.. starting manually
