ASUS - ZenTalk

I have uploaded my invoice and details for warranty updation because my product (bought from Saudi Arabia) already has 1 year deducted from warranty. It has been more than a week and I have not received any reply from asus(not even a rejection mail)....

Does all Asus tuf come with windows activated? Mine came with nothing preinstalled so I installed windows 11 home. But it is not activated. It shows "windows reported that no product key was found on your device" on settings.
