Maybe that is how they avoid the back cover to heat up. It will come as a cost of weaker heat dissipation but since I am not seeing thermal issues with my phone I assume that is acceptable.
Automatic update got too far and its too late to change that setting. I am only reboot away from android 10. Maybe there are no way to postpone it anymore and I should just be carefull not to let the phone to restart. Thanks anyway for sending that ...
Good to hear. I think that the issue might be related to excess heat generation because by using the phone at low outside temperature seems to solve the issue at least mostly.
Not for the reason that it would be very usefull feature but for the reason that I am afraid that it might be similar to the motherboard issue, which caused system instability when I got my device.
