ROG2維修問題

我想問rog2突然黑頻,沒摔倒,送修時告知內裂是人為需付費維修,黑頻時是8/24由於工作關係沒辦法立即送修是到昨天8/29才送修的,從黑曜到送修這段時間我只能暫時裝上雙螢幕基座使用,而這導致手機溫度幾乎都快可以煎蛋了,雖然還在保固內,但判定是人為我也沒輒,判斷的標準到底是什麼,然後我買了大全配一開始還沒使用雙螢幕基座就掛了,在來換風扇不動了,在後來換螢幕,請問故障率這麼頻繁是正常的嗎?可以在每一代出之前在好好的檢查過在出嗎?,而不是為了吸引人買就直接把做好的直接推出來,結果後續維修問題一堆
