I found post with the same issues and recommend to restore to factory settings but as soon as I reset my phone the Asus launcher crash still show up, any suggestions to fix it, have the firmware ww_33.0820.0810.121
I go to the updates section and doesn't allow me to update ( my cellphone is in Spanish but shows that is the latest update available) is there another way to update?
