Version: 31.0210.0210.303May I know what wrong with my phone and how to solve it?When I call out or receive calls, no ringing at all?

I just found the root cause....when 2g/3g/4g is selected, mostly cannot receive call or make a call, however can do it when 2g/3g is selected, may I know how to solve it?
