USB C using laptop power while its off

I have an ASUS ROG STIRX G18.The problem I have is that the USB C port consumes power when the PC is off.In the bios it only lets me activate or deactivate the ERP but it doesn't let me choose whether to use s4 or s5.I already tried activating the ER...
