I agree! I'm also using the GCam for now as the stock app is not good (blurriness/oversharpening). Hope they improve the camera quality with some software updates.

I am facing similar issues. The notifications on some apps are only received when I unlock the phone or put it on charge.Is there a solution to this problem? Seems very weird to me. At times frustrating.
