I was able to transfer all data from Samsung A51 to Zf9 with no problem. You should install Asus Data Transfer on both devices and follow the instructions on screens

Hi @Mansi_ASUS I wasn't able to make a video, but log did. The logging was in background for quite allot of time. I stopped it after the problem appear, so you should search for it in the end of log. The phone kept vibrating during and after a call. ...
