Is that normal of video camera always repeating focus

I just got ROG6 and very happy to it but when I shoot video in mid-low light enviroment it re-focus very often especially on 60fps modeis that normal?

What is the first pop up text beforce accessing to mobile manager setting?

I just bought ROGphone 6 andwhen I go to mobile manger setting for the first time it show some pop-up to ask me something but I quit it so fast so I don't know what it is?
