How is someone supposed to get an invoice for a laptop that was purchased from a friend or family. This system seems pretty crazy.

Currently having the same issue. I bought a asus gaming laptop from a friend and I just want the keyboard to stay one color lol so I’m having to jump through 100000 hoops
