Play商店 只能在wifi連線下開啟

Google play商店 只有4g連線時 一直無法開啟出現要勸認連線是否正常 但是連上公司wife又立刻正常開啟 設定上感覺就是限定在wifi下才能開啟 請問要如何取消這種限制??
