Zenfone 7 檔案管理APP的無線檔案傳輸功能PC端無法下載

如題，我目前使用ZF5與ZF7，ZF5的無線檔案傳輸功能PC端功能正常可以上/下載，但是ZF7卻只能上傳到手機端無法下載到PC，目前只能單一一個檔案一個檔案下載，如果需要下載整個資料夾會遇到它顯示"已成功下載"但是PC端根本沒有任何檔案被下載下來，但是這方面ZF5是正常的!
