剛兌換了雲端硬碟100g儲存空間，兌換後雲端硬碟卻一直顯示"系統仍在處理最近兌換的儲存空間"，已經過了好幾個小時了，硬碟還是沒有增加100GB。 這樣是正常的嗎？
