fingerprint option missing

Model: ZE620KLRAM: 4GFirmware/APP Version: 123Frequency of Occurrence: 123Rooted: NoAPP Name: the fingerprint option on my phone is gone. at first i notice its not working, then i restarted my phone and when i check its gone. how to fix this? tnx
