如果華碩再不注重本來信用貴公司的產品使用者，消費者也會放棄再購買華碩新的產品，為什麼5z與5都是同系列產品更新就有不同，用5的就活該嗎？以本人為例家庭內由本人主力推薦華碩產品，現在因用5的更新問題，今年手機方面已經改用韓系產品。如貴公司還是再把消費者當做呆子，就算沒有更新就活該。本人相信消費者也會放棄華碩。

華碩以前服務更新態度很好讓使用者很放心，為什麼貴公司現在更新都是新手機，我們一些較舊使用者貴公司就放棄了嗎？
