我找到方法解決了1. 打開設定》應用程式與通知》查看全部應用程式。2.找到“android system webview”點進去》往下拉“商店”有一個“應用程式詳細資料”點下去3.轉換到Google play頁面，點解除安裝。我解安裝成功後手機就正常了，給大家參考。
