想問問電池要充到幾%就停 比較能延長電池壽命

目前查到的普遍都是 40%就要充電 80%就要停止充電 可以延長壽命使用慢速充電也比較能維持電池壽命不過還是想聽聽看ASUS官方建議是怎麼樣
