the only way to hear better is to turn the phone over and put your ear on the camera.  You will see that you hear a lot better

I noticed lags me too when navigating with gestures.  I compare with my Xiaomi Mi 9T and the reaction time is much slower on Zenfone.  Same for the fingerprint reader, reaction time longer than Xiaomi. 

It happens to me when phone is plugged in charge. When i take it to unlock with fp, it doesn't work. I have to do my pin.
