Hi, the search function in parameters crash when i put the word 'pap' inside. It doesn't happen when i turn my phone in english langage but happen when i use french langage.I'll add a video, starting with english then french.

I don't see any problem here, the numbers that you are talking about is your bandwidth (packets size you receive per seconds) which is big when you download thing because you receive lot of packets and low when idle because you don't receive packets...
