I'm getting the same thing on my phone now. The odd thing is when I launch the camera app, if I hold my ear to the earpiece it sounds like the speaker is outputting a but of static/white noise. The camera will never flip and always fails now.

Good deal. It sounds like if repair is needed int he US the phones need to be mailed to TX. Thanks for the info. It should be delivered today. Looking forward to it and hope I never need the info above. 

I think it is a limitation with the radio hardware from what I have researched online. There are several maps out there that will show you the current band 71 rollout and what locations have it. For me it wasn't a deal breaker.
