My phone (zenfone 9) entered EDL Mode whilhe charging. I cannot turn it on, even if pressing and holding for 30 seconds both volume - and power buttons.
When connecting it to a computer, it is recognized as "QUSB_BULK_CID:XXXX_SN:XXXXXXXX", where X are numbers in hexadecimal basis.
The connection between phone and computer resets (makes the sound of disconnecting and reconnecting an USB device) when pressing and holding for 30 seconds both volume - and power buttons.
Anyone has already gone through this? Is there any solution from ASUS? The phone is still under warranty, but I don't want to lose data stored in it.
