Hi! Why could my ROG 7 Ultimate was not able to proceed with the ROG Connect?

Just do this:"You only need to restart the game/video. Not greater than 10 seconds you will be back at game with sounds."

Same with me playing marvel super war moba. You only need to restart the game. Not greater than 10 seconds you will be back at game with sounds.
